Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. We cannot accept unused or unopened products 7 days after order delivery. 

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details.

We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that each one of our products is precious and has been individually created by hand and packed with care. We highly encourage you to contact Red Pine Apothecary with any questions about the products before you purchase to ensure the best fit.

Refunds are restricted. Red Pine Apothecary will always be happy to help find a specialized solution for your circumstance. Every product is made in small batches daily for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. 


Please be sure to read the ingredient list for any possible allergens before ordering. Red Pine Apothecary is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. In the rare case of a reaction, please contact your health professional.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

To maintain product integrity, avoid adding water and store it in a cool, dry place.
