  • Breathe:  essential oil blend of eucalyptus, rosemary and tea tree.  contains menthol
  • Awake:  essential oil blend of pink grapefruit, sweet orange, lemon and rosemary
  • Unwind:  essential oil blend of lavender and peppermint.

DIRECTIONS:  place one tablet on the floor of your shower where it will get wet but not drenched (place out of direct water stream for longer usage). breathe in.  intended for shower use only.
